Created by Hayley and James, Together We Grow is more than just a day service — it’s a warm, inclusive community where adults with additional support needs can enjoy meaningful days, at their own pace.

With a focus on creativity, independence, and shared joy, we tailor every day around the people we support — from relaxed arts and crafts to exciting group outings.

Whether someone joins us for a quiet cuppa or a full afternoon of laughter, they’ll always be met with kindness, respect, and a genuine smile.
