Together We Grow Support Ltd was created from a simple belief: everyone deserves somewhere they feel comfortable, respected and genuinely welcome.

We’re Hayley and James, and we wanted to create something that didn’t feel clinical, rushed or one-size-fits-all. TWGS is more than a day service—it is a supportive community where adults with additional support needs can build friendships, develop confidence and spend their day doing things that feel meaningful to them.

Our days are shaped around the interests, abilities and goals of each person. That could mean cooking a meal, learning practical life skills, taking part in a creative project, working in the garden or getting involved in the local community. It might also mean enjoying a cuppa, having a laugh with friends or simply taking some time to relax.

Alongside our social activities, we provide opportunities to develop skills across areas including:

Life skills and independence

Cooking and food preparation

Gardening and outdoor activities

Creative and practical projects

Community participation

Work-related skills and confidence

Progress looks different for everyone. For one person, it might be preparing a meal more independently. For another, it could be trying a new activity, completing a practical project or feeling confident enough to take part in the community.

There is no pressure and no expectation to fit into a particular mould. Everyone is encouraged and supported at their own pace, with achievements recognised and celebrated along the way.

Whether someone joins us for a short visit or becomes part of our regular community, they will always be met with kindness, patience and a genuine smile.

At Together We Grow, we don’t simply fill the day—we help make every day count.
