Who We Support
Together We Grow is open to adults aged 18 and over with additional support needs.
Whether someone is looking for structured daily activities, more social connection, or simply a warm and understanding place to spend their time — we’re here.
We tailor our support around each individual’s pace, personality, and interests.
How You Can Join
We currently welcome people through:
SDS Option 1 – You or a family member manage your own support budget
SDS Option 2 – Your local authority arranges your support, but you choose your provider
Privately Paying – You can self-fund your support sessions directly with us
If you’re unsure what these mean, don’t worry — we’re happy to talk you through the options.

Families, support workers, and care coordinators are all welcome to reach out.
Referrals can come via:
A social worker or SDS advisor
A family member or carer
